The house is about 120 m2, with 2 sleeping rooms. Two toilets, a shower, a kitchen and a large living room.
Additional Veranda:
There is around 50 m2 of veranda space available to enjoy outdoor living.
The house is built on a lot of 750 m2. The garden includes a number of citrus trees as well as a medlar and a pecan tree. There is also a small olive and a mango tree in the garden as well as many different spices.
Private Parking
A car can be parked on the street, in front of the house. A separate private parking place is available for small and medium sized cars at the back side of the garden.
